Financial Services Privacy Coalition

We helped create and manage a coalition of groups throughout the state to communicate the dangers of excessive regulation of information sharing and to oppose financial privacy legislation that would pose an undue burden on financial service providers. Our work led to the defeat of numerous anti-business privacy bills over two years and ultimately helped facilitate compromise legislation acceptable to our client group.
